For smaller sized buildings, we make sure that each individual window is hand-scrubbed and squeegee dried and all edges and frames are towel dried to avoid streaking or spotting – that’s how we understand and carry out professional window cleaning! The same method is applied for larger-sized buildings , but a lift may be necessary if it is safe.  If a lift is not a safe alternative, in case the concrete areas are limited, due to new landscaping, or the building is surrounded by sand dunes, we will utilize our water-fed pole system. The water-fed pole system is a unique way to take care of large commercial window cleaning. The pole utilizes de-ionized water from reverse osmosis. It’s filtration takes use of natural elements such as salt, resin beads, and carbon sediment making it an environmentally safe option.
